About the Role
WorkPac is currently seeking someone with a strong administration background for a monitoring officer role. This position is monitoring alarm systems based across all of Australia, booking jobs with technicians based on location, answering phone calls from customers and performing basic troubleshooting. All training is provided on the job and this is an ADHOC role, covering leave and staff shortcomings. Candidates will normally be required for 1-2 shifts per weeks doing 12 hours shifts either 6.00am - 6.00pm or 6.00pm - 6.00am.
Candidates must be able to pass a medical and D&A and be able to provide a police clearance prior to commencement.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong computer and phone skills
Police clearance (or willing to obtain)
