ABOUT OUR CLIENT

WorkPac has partnered with an Open-Cut Coal Mine which is situated 120km southwest of Gladstone and 20km northeast of the thriving regional township of Biloela. The mine has operated since 1944 producing coal primarily for domestic power generation, alumina refining and export markets. The mine extends across 180 square kilometres and contains an estimated coal resource of up to 1.07 billion tonnes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this role you will become a part of a busy production department on a mine site in the Banana Shire Region. You will be operating Dozers D10 & D11, Graders 16H, Dump Trucks 785, 789 & KOMATSU 930E on site.

You will be working a lifestyle Roster with the ability to easily adapt to site policies and procedures. BIBO from Rockhampton & Gladstone.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Previous Mining experience operating minimum Dump Trucks, Graders, Dozers, Excavators or Loaders on a mine site

• Hold or be willing to attain a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical

• SSE signed skills list, Current Drivers License & Right to Work in Australia
