Office Administrator

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a lead manufacturer based in Sunshine Coast. Monday to Friday, permanent full-time role.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Daily customer liaison, managing orders from quoting phase to accounts receivable

  • Managing larger contracts with retention monies and staged invoicing

  • Banking

  • Ordering supplies for both office and factory

  • Working closely with Factory manager, supporting Owner and Sales Rep as necessary

  • Managing Service Work

  • Supplier Invoicing

  • Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors

  • Data input including quotes and invoices

  • Managing production schedule

  • General reception duties

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working in Administration

  • Extensive MYOB experience is essential

  • Being able to work effectively and autonomously in a very busy environment

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly

  • Experience working within a manufacturing/building industry environment (preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships

  • Right to work in Australia
