Summary

Open Cut Coal Mine outside of Moura is Ramping up Production. Looking for experienced and motivated Operators Including: Dump Truck, Multi Skilled, Excavator and Trainer Assessors

About the Role

As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client's production requirements. This is a drive in drive out (DIDO) role for an open cut coal mine in the Banana Shire situated 2 hours South West from Rockhampton and 7 hours North West from Brisbane.

Equipment Onsite:

Excavators: Hitachi 5500, Leibherr R994

Dozers: KOMATSU 375/ CAT D10, D11

Graders: CAT 16

Loaders: CAT 992

Trucks: CAT 789

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work 7/7 Roster â Straight Days / Nights

• 12 Hour Shifts

• Pre-start checks

• Maintain equipment

• Operate equipment safely

• Follow company policies and procedures

Skills/Experience

• Dump Truck Operators - Min CAT 777 and CAT 785 Skill, must have at least 18-24 months operating experience

• Excavator Operators (300T plus experience) - Hitachi 5500, Leibherr R994 Skills Required

• Multi Skilled Operators â Truck Plus Two Other Skills Including; Grader (CAT 16), Dozer (Komatsu 375, Dozer CAT D10, D11), Loader

• Trainer Assessors - Require Cert 4 TAE and Operators Skills

• MUST Have SSE/Delegate Signed Skills List

• Current Drivers Licence

• Current Coal Board Medical or willing to Obtain

• Current Standard 11 or willing to obtain

A medical including drug and alcohol testing is required as part of the recruitment process.
