About the Client

Our national client is a leader in the industrial manufacturing sector and have multiple vacancies for Gantry/Overhead Crane operators to join their growing business. This role will be on a temp/casual basis with the option to transition to a permanent salary-based role with our client after a period of 6 months.

What you will be doing

• Conduct prestart checks on all plant and equipment

• Document Control

• Pick & assessable associated building accessories

• Load building & assembly

• Loading & unloading vehicles of mesh, coils & accessories by forklift or overhead crane

What you will need

• Industry experience (steel manufacturing)

• Current QLD High Risk Forklift License (LF)

• Minimum two years experience in overhead crane/gantry operation

• High level of self-motivation & ownership
