Painters for ongoing roles based at Rutherford - Work is on the construction and maintenance of modular/portable buildings. Pay rate is based on their company EA
- Mon- Fri ( Sat O/T and some mid week) plus possible optional arvo shift
- 6.30am -3.30pm (Fri -12.30pm)
- Ongoing and start immediately

Have a tool kit : 7 in 1 multi tool paint scraper , Hammer, Nail punch , Filling blades Caulking gun
Build new and refurbish modular school buildings (canteens, science rooms, class rooms, wood work rooms ect)
Production/manufacturing environment
All indoor so weather doesnt affect
Pre-fabricated construction manufacturing work on a production line
Lots of aluminium work- moulding out wall panels and windows
Installation of prefabricated floors, walls, windows, doors and ceilings
Use of hand and power tools. Drop saws, drill, driver etc
6.30-3pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 6-12 (if available)
30 min unpaid lunch break
15 min smoko break
Must have own tools (let me know if you dont have a tool list and I will chase up)
Process
Modules come into site and if they are a refurbishment they are stripped out by a team of labourers
Module is then repaired by the boilermakers and they then sand blasted and painted
Module then returns to the production line to be fitted out by carpenters and skilled labourers.
New walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, windows, cabinets etc.
Electricians install new wiring and plumbers new sinks toilets etc
