About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Parts Sales Coordinator for a permanent position in Perth.This position will be responsible for internal sales with distribution dealership networks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Increasing and maximising all parts sales opportunities

  • Assisting to provide regular flow of inventory

  • Provide Parts Interpreting services & support to Dealer network and internal departments

  • Perform stock takes and after hours call outs, which may include working on weekends and/or public holidays

  • Maintain contact to ensure market and Dealer activities are being discussed and all parts and aftersales activities are known

  • Keep abreast of developments in parts products and production jobs

  • Communicate with, interpret and action enquiries, provide feedback on parts availability and back-order status

  • Contact Dealers on a ???semi?? regular basis for feedback, promote products, and provide information

  • Contact suppliers for enquiries regarding availability, technical assistance and support, and price

  • Provide professional customer service and parts assistance

  • Respond to enquiries from Dealer Portal, email and telephone

  • Make phone contact with the Dealer Network to increase business and promote new product and improvements

  • Build relationships with the Dealer Network

  • Monitor and keep informed of latest Parts programs, promotions, parts offers, and updates

  • Ensure timely supply of parts and information as required

  • Understand all aspects of the Parts Department operation and functions

  • Parts Inventory

  • Assist in providing regular flow of inventory

  • Regularly monitor stock levels for allocated franchises

  • Review all open purchase orders to ensure parts supply is optimised

  • Complete accurate prompt reporting

  • Ensure that all parts stock is in a controlled environment and located accurately

  • Conduct regular stocktakes

  • Identify and record any product quality problems

  • Develop an understanding of the Parts Department operation and manufacturing functions

  • Adhere to all internal safety requirements

  • Maintain personal standards of appearance in line with Company requirements

  • Participate/attend all Team and Group Parts meetings

  • Adhoc projects as required by the National Parts Manager consistent/related with the functions of a Parts Co-Ordinator

About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in parts interpreting/ warehousing environment

  • Strong computing skills

  • Be personable and have excellent communication skills

  • Works well in a team

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Current C class drivers licence

  • Full working rights in Australia
