About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a People & Culture Advisor to cover a broad spectrum of human resources & IR related aspects for the business. This role would suit someone mid-level, that can grow into the role, as there are aspirations for their Sydney operations to become their new head office in the future.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your duties and responsibilities will include:-

• Talent Acquisition

• Inductions,

• Reviews and performance feedbacks

• Return to work (small aspect)

• Industrial relations

• Human Resource administration

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have the following: -

• Relevant qualification will be highly regarded

• Experience in a similar role essential

• Experience in implementing and managing performance review systems

• High attention to detail
