About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Work Management Planner. The successful candidate will be able to manage notifications in accordance with the mine site priorities. This is inclusive of coaching persons who enter notifications, identifying urgent and priority work, identifying new notifications, assisting with master data requests, reallocation of notifications that were not completed, completing standalone task lists for common tasks, and reviewing and actioning all approved planning notifications.

Typical tasks will include, but not limited to;

• Grading of haul roads, access roads and light vehicle roads

• Installation of drainage

• Drill preparation

• Watering of haul roads, access roads, mine critical areas and light vehicle roads

• Delineation/signage installation

• Installation and removal of pump infrastructure

• Set up, demob and transport of crib huts

• Road maintenance activities (camber, superelevation, removal of soft spots)

• High risk bund installation

• Float operation

Skills and Experience:

• Current C Class Drivers License

• Must be Competent in the use of SAP

• Mining Experience preferable

• Planning and scheduling of work through Work Management practices

• Effective communicator

• Ability to reconcile performance and propose improvement suggestions.

• Able to work in with a team.

• Sound planning abilities in work management

• Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11

• Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
