Workpac are seeking an experienced Planning/Office Administrator for one of our clients based in Kwinana. The successful applicant will be responsible for project administration works, travel coordination, reception duties and all other administrative duties required.

To be successful for the role you will need:

  • Certificate in Business or similar

  • 1 â 3 yearsâ experience in an administrative role

  • Functional knowledge of planning systems

  • Ability to prioritise work demands and meet required timelines

  • Strong and proven written and oral communication and presentation skills
