About our client

About the Role
WorkPac has a number of opportunities across a variety of Rio Tinto Iron Ore exploration sites in the Pilbara for experienced steep terrain mobile plant operators. The works are associated with exploration earthworks and remote camp living.
As a key member of an exploration team, your knowledge of steep terrain earthmoving techniques associated with the preparation and rehabilitation of drill pads and developing tracks for exploration is essential.
Skills and Experience
4-5 years earthmoving experience in a similar role is essential, as is a strong knowledge of earthwork practices in steep terrain or forestry environments.
Highly competent operating skills in the use of the following machines
Caterpillar D9 track dozers
Caterpillar 336 excavators
Caterpillar 140M graders
Hold a current Australian issued manual C Class Driving Licence (minimum)
4WD ticket
First Aid ticket
