About the Role:

WorkPac are looking for a motivated Change Manager to join our client Rio Tinto's Operations & Technical SupportTeam based in Perth on a Monday to Friday roster. Your demonstrated experience in providing change management, communication, and stakeholder management support to major transformation projects will play a critical part in the effectiveness of this role which will involveassessing how Rio Tinto develop new mines

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Developing and implementing change management plans to support the delivery and implementation of the program.

• Developing and implementing an ongoing communication plan to support the program.

• Developing and managing stakeholder engagements (along with the project team).

• Supporting the overall project management of the program.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proactive approach with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture.

• Strong background in change management using prescribed methodologies (e.g., ADKAR model).

• Track record of supporting and delivering major transformational projects within large, complex, interconnected organisations.

• Ability to complete stakeholder assessment plans and develop stakeholder management and communication plans.

• Demonstrated project and change management skills and experience.

• Excellent communication skills, and strong drive.
