About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our client at Hail Creek for a 12 month opportunity. This role is supporting the Capital Projects team, on-site at Hail Creek, reporting to the Capital Projects department manager. This role is a weekday, 9-day fortnight role (Mon-Thu/ Mon-Fri) 6am - 5:30pm. (Travel in and out days not included).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the project budget (cost reporting/ cost control).

  • Perform daily administrative functions/ support to the Project Manager and project team.

  • Manage project documents, contracts, scope of works, policies, procedures.

  • Manage meetings/ minutes.

  • Provide Project schedule support.

  • Provide Project logistics support.

  • Participate significantly in team culture development support

  • Participate in Safety leadership.

Skills and Experience

  • Experienced with PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Understand schedules (i.e. Microsoft Project/ Gantt Chart).

  • Experienced with SAP ? purchasing and invoices. (safety data, production data, schedule progress).

  • Good with numbers, collecting and reporting on data.

  • Experience with in a team support function.

  • Standard 11

  • Willing to complete a Coal Board Medical

  • Must have a current manual Drivers Licence
