About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our client at Hail Creek for a 12 month opportunity. This role is supporting the Capital Projects team, on-site at Hail Creek, reporting to the Capital Projects department manager. This role is a weekday, 9-day fortnight role (Mon-Thu/ Mon-Fri) 6am - 5:30pm. (Travel in and out days not included).
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the project budget (cost reporting/ cost control).
Perform daily administrative functions/ support to the Project Manager and project team.
Manage project documents, contracts, scope of works, policies, procedures.
Manage meetings/ minutes.
Provide Project schedule support.
Provide Project logistics support.
Participate significantly in team culture development support
Participate in Safety leadership.
Skills and Experience
Experienced with PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Understand schedules (i.e. Microsoft Project/ Gantt Chart).
Experienced with SAP ? purchasing and invoices. (safety data, production data, schedule progress).
Good with numbers, collecting and reporting on data.
Experience with in a team support function.
Standard 11
Willing to complete a Coal Board Medical
Must have a current manual Drivers Licence
