About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Mobile Equipment Project Administrator to join our client Rio Tinto in their Perth office for a 6 month duration with the possibility of extension. This role will be working a Monday to Friday roster, 40 hours per week with flexible work arrangements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Manager'scalendar, travel, and routine meeting cadences.
General administrative activities required / requested by the team e.g catering, workshop setup
Assist project leads with initial project set up (systems)
Assist project leads with project folder management and data entry
Maintain project registers
Attend and participate in meetings
Travel arrangements for the project team
Raising service tickets and follow of deliverables in the companies? ticket management system Generate Purchase Requests and expediate
Assist Principal/Superintendent with general admin duties
Assist with onboarding of new staff (access requests / hardware)
Book travel and assist in provision of PPE
Follow-up on timesheets and assignment actions
Post onboarding tasks (additional accesses, etc.)
Skills and Experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate proficient use in MS Office suite
Experience in a project environment
Previous RTIO experience required
Strong commitment to safety
Previous exposure in a similar role would be beneficial
Strong interpersonal effectiveness
Possess an engaging and collaborative approach
Ability to prioritise and support multiple concurrent requests
