About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with delivering Yandi's 2021 capital portfolio. FIFO from Perth, 8:6 roster. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the project's contractors are supervised on site with the required level to ensure safe execution of scope. This includes reviewing JHA's, permits and providing strong frontline leadership, along with liaising with project managers to manage varying project hygiene related tasks tender, scheduling, mobilisation, execution, forecasting and budgeting.

Duties include:

• Provides timely and relevant updates to appropriate stakeholders and decision makers.

• Supports appropriate project governance (including risk and issue management and resolution)

• Supports compliance with standardised project processes, systems, and tools across projects.

• Coordinates engagement and performance of project vendors as required.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to define, estimate, and deliver on requirements.

• Assists in driving improvements within the project.

• General project support

Skills and Experience

• Similar experience as a Project Coordinator

• Demonstrated problem solving abilities

• Knowledge on Rio's safety policies and procedures

• SAP and MS Office proficiency

• Strong communication skills

• WA C Class Drivers Licence
