About the Role
We are seeking a Document Controller with experience in the resources sector to join Rio Tinto Growth & Innovation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Rio Tinto Iron Ore's internal requirements and external standards.
Provide a quality assurance function to the team in terms of accuracy and company standards in relation to document control processes and systems.
Assist with control, capture, registration and dissemination of information between the asset/operations and project systems.
Provide ongoing support to internal customers for new processes and systems.
Maintain records of non-deliverable project data.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience working as a Document Controller within the resource sector.
Skilled at producing quality reports, utilising good computer and administrative skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers within a project team.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
