About the Role:

WorkPac on behalf of our leading mining client are seeking an experienced Project Engineer, this role is supporting the Capital Projects team, on-site and reporting to the Capital Projects Department Manager. This role can be a Junior Engineer or Graduate Civil Engineer, the appropriate candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Civil engineering with mine site experience beneficial.

This role is a weekday, 9-day fortnight role (Mon-Thu/ Mon-Fri) 6am ??? 5:30pm. (Travel in and out days not included).

Key Responsibilities:

• ??? Monitor & report on project performance, cost & production.

• ??? Perform daily field inspections and support the Projects execution team.

• ??? Manage project documents, contracts, scope of works, policies, procedures.

• ??? Provide Project schedule support.

• ??? Provide Project logistics support.

• ??? Participate significantly in team culture development support.

• ??? Participate in Safety leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Civil Engineer

• Experienced with Excel and MS Project.

• Understand Quality Management (ITP/ITC process)

• Experience with schedules

• Good with numbers, collecting and reporting on data.

• Experience in a team support function.
