About The Role

WorkPac are seeking a Project Lead to join the high performing Mining Technology team within the RTIO Sustaining Capital division. The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of autonomous mining technology deployments and upgrades across Pilbara sites.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage and work collaboratively with others on autonomous mining technology deployments and upgrade projects.

• Managing performance, scheduling, logistics and safety of contractors.

• Providing onsite supervision of project deliverables when required.

• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of project documentation.

• Manage cost control, purchasing and budgeting.

Skills & Experience

• Mining experience with mechanical or technology exposure.

• Strong Project Management skills and experience with exposure to autonomous equipment.

• University degree in engineering, electrical, mechanical or technology.

• Experience in commissioning or maintenance of mobile equipment.

• Mining production and team supervision experience.

• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A strong understanding of the Microsoft suite of programs.

• Sound stakeholder management and networking skills.
