About Our Client:

Our client is a leading national Australian precast Concrete Manufacturer, delivering engineering precast and prestressed concrete solutions for bridges and platforms, road and rail infrastructure, tunnels and shafts, retaining walls, pipeline systems, water treatment, reuse and detention, and traffic management as well as supplying products such as aggregate and sand, concrete, concrete pipe and products.

About the Role:

In partnership with our leading resources client, WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full time, permanent opportunity direct with our client. This position will be FIFO from Perth on an 2/1 roster, 11 hour shifts based at Koodiaderi commencing immediately.

Utilising your leadership and commercial experience, you will plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring that resources are acquired and manage team members and contractors to deliver projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operational aspects of the project and scope, reviewing deliverables, creation and execution of work plans, identifying resources and ensuring all project documentation is complete, current and stored appropriately

• Manage project budgets, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project

• Analyses project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization and and track and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.

• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively, holding regular status update meetings with the project team, and communicating relevant updates to stakeholders as required

• Act as primary contact with the customer for supply of concrete and quarry products

Key Requirements of the Role Include:

• Demonstrated Experience as a Project Manager with experience within Concrete Production or Relevant Environment

• Knowledge of Concrete and Quarry Products

• Commercial experience servicing large civil contractors or equivalent.

• Strong leadership skills and the demonstrated ability to effect change

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Project Management - Desirable

• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to finding practical solutions

• Current C Class drivers licence

• Ability to pass a full PEM including DAS and National Police Clearance
