About the role:
The Gudai-Darri OCM team plays a key role in the transition of new technologies and processes to operations, ensuring these changes are successfully planned and implemented, with changes adopted and sustained.
Our OCM activities focus on the people side of project implementation, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility is creating and implementing change management plans which maximise employee awareness, knowledge, adoption and operational use of project deliverables.
This role will manage change in the areas of digital and asset management.
Conducting change impact assessments
Completing stakeholder analysis and engagement plans
Development and delivery of change plans to support implement the change into operations
Developing multi-channel project communications
Lead and/or support stakeholder engagement and training
Develop resistance management and sustainability plans and ensure changes are embedded
Deliver in collaboration with SMEs across the business, such as; Learning & Development, Communications, IS&T etc.
Requirements of successful candidates
Demonstrated track record of successful project implementation in complex environments as an OCM
Experience in designing and facilitating workshops for multi-disciplinary teams
Demonstrated ability to liaise and engage with stakeholders at all levels
Values led individual with coaching ability to upskill project team members as required
Being able to quickly comprehend a variety of technical and engineering concepts, sufficient to communicate these to a suitable level for stakeholders.
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel to site, indicatively durations of 1 or 2 days, 1-2 trips per month.
