About the Role

WorkPac are currently looking for a Project Officer for a 6 month contract ( with possible extension) working on an exiting people focused project for Marandoo Operations.

Key responsibilities

Deliver intimate 1 on 1 âbriefcase sessions❠with every employee working at Marandoo Operations to show how they can access various development tools and benefits including, but not limited to:

• Assist with how to create a development plan

• Booking various training courses

• Accessing various Employee Benefits and Discounts

• Yammer Interactions

• Access to Rio Tinto College

• Personalised set-up of work mobiles, outlook, online links and any other tips and tricks the employee would benefit from

• Flexible 8:6 or 5:2, 4:3 roster

• Start Date â Dec 2021, with sessions to be delivered Jan 2022

Skills and Experience

• Looking for someone who is professional, personable, patient and able to speak to different personalities

• Respectful and maintains confidentiality

• Thrives on helping others achieve their goals

• Current knowledge of Rio Tinto systems and platforms is preferable but not essential â there will be an opportunity for the successful candidate to train and help formalise the training pack.
