About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking a Capital Project Services Officer for a 6-month secondment with the potential to extend. This role will be responsible for projects services support throughout the lifecycle stages of project management (Define, Pre-feasibility, Feasibility, Implementation and Close out) is inclusive of purchasing and spend control, mobilisation, project analysis and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working closely with and supporting site teams and multiple internal and external partners
Exposed to scheduling, planning, tender evaluation, risk and project management and CMS
Cost management and spend control
Reporting of key performance metrics
Project quality assurance
Relevant experience in the outlined frequent activities or have transferrable skills
Strong networking, problem solving and analytical ability
Desire to work in a high-pace role, managing multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously whilst maintaining a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Sound experience across multiple software applications including SAP, Power BI and Excel
Current Manual C class drivers Licence
Full working rights in Australia
