About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Project Officer for a 6 month duration. This role will work a Monday to Friday roster based in Perth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to site hub Superintendents and Senior Coordinators
Use business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to help prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders through various communication methods
Maintain files and records
Coordinate travel bookings
Coordinate accommodation bookings
Manage end to end service requests for stakeholders (e.g., RTTMS tickets, etc.).
About You:
Previous administrative experience required 1+ years
Communication skills with various stakeholders
Computer and systems experience
Ability to work in a diverse team
Current Manual C Class Australian Licence
Full Working Rights in Australia
