About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking Trade Assistants to support our Client Rio Tinto at their 7 Mile Rail Facility, you will be working at the Rolling Stock Maintenance Workshop providing assistance to the Locomotives team.

Duties will include but no limited to:

• Trip road service on Locomotives

• Changing break locks, refuelling, checking coolant levels, cab inspections on Locomotives

• Safeworking Tasks Shunting

• General cleaning of cabs, ablutions, water top-ups and ad-hoc tasks

Mandatory:

- C Class Drivers Licence

- Australian Rights to work

Preferred:

- Forklift Licence

- HR Licence

- Isolation Training

- RTIO Inducted

- M1 Rail Safeworking qualification

- Experience in a TA or labouring role
