Duties & Responsibilities
Fixed Plant experience
Analyse Equipment performance data to successfully identify and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
Recommend and implement tactics designed to support high levels of asset safety, reliability and integrity.
Provide technical engineering support to site maintenance departments.
Monitor and analyse the performance of our assets and analyse primary/secondary maintenance tasks to improve asset reliability and cost.
Actively create Zero Based Budgets for Mobile Equipment.
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline.
Able to work collaboratively across a diverse range of stakeholders and operational teams.
Experience leading continuous improvement activities.
Experience is SAP, Wave, Momentum and APM will be advantageous.
Practical experience and an understanding of reliability concepts FMECA, RCM, etc.
Demonstrated commitment to safety.
Current and valid manual C Class driver's license.
