About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our leading Forklift Manufacturing client for a Full Time Permanent Contract, direct with the client. This position will have a Monday to Friday Roster, based in Adelaide and will have working hours of between 7am to 3pm, or 8am to 4pm.

This role will work closely with branch sales, service, administration, transport and inventory teams to maximise operational efficiencies in the branch rental operations and ensure customer service experience excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve targeted conversion and growth of short-term rental enquiries and manage profitable short term rental opportunities for the Adelaide from initial enquiry to final follow up after delivery

• Raise all Rental Equipment customer agreements, termination, and associated transport documents as per policies and procedures.

• Assist the Administration team in monthly reporting of rental assets at stocktake

• Initiate documentation for the movement of all rental equipment and associated assets in and out of the branch

• Ensure internal rental agreements and available rental stock reports are completed and submitted weekly to management

• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Industry experience (experience in Materials Handling industry/ Logistics/ Warehouse Industry or Similar).

• High energy and motivation.

• Results orientated.

• Communication and organisation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.

• Demonstrative leadership skills and experience.

• Prior experience with Data and Excel, Microsoft Office Suite Exposure

• Prior Administrative experience.
