About the Position:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Rental Coordinator to join our client based in Keswick. This position will Monday - Friday roster and involves supporting customers in all aspects concerning Rentals, Demos ad Loaners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and emails concerning Rental, Demos and Loaners

• Work with couriers and their systems (UPS & FedEx) for label printing, returns, shipments and tracking to Territory/Area Managers

• Handle Data Entry into Excel and Great Plains (eventually SAP B1) for Demonstrations, Loaners and Rentals and then track

• Must be hands-on and carry out our corporate culture and mottos

• Work with the Repair departments to guarantee proper inventory levels for the rental fleet

• Calibration and Service needs and communicate with State Service departments

• Inventory Management

• Suggest equipment and supplies to meet customer needs

Skills and Experience:

• Tertiary Education or equivalent

• Minimum two years of experience within a similar administration position

• Experience with Great Plains, SAP or similar ERP systems

• Ability to Prioritise Conflicting Deadlines

• High Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
