The Opportunity

Our client is currently seeking welders for steel reo works in a precast yard. Working for our client who is a leading supplier of concrete, aggregates and precast products.

• Immediate Start

• Day Shift

• Monday - Saturday

• Ongoing opportunity

• Benalla location

• Pay Rate $33.37 p/hr plus super and overtime penalties

• Long term position for the right candidate

The Role

• Production welding (working in the yard and workshop)

• MIG welding reo

• Welding steel for reinforcement used in concrete products

• Welding moulds used in manufacturing precast products and concrete pipes

• Fabrication duties

You Will Have

• Proven MIG welding experience

• Full work rights in Australia

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen

• Be self-motivated and reliable with a positive attitude;

• Able to adapt to changing demands;

• Understanding of Safety systems and processes including Risk Assessments, incident reporting and planned inspections;

• Excellent reliability checkable via referees

• Working in a similar environment would be an advantage
