About Our Client
One of the state's most reputable civil based companies are commencing major roadworks in Guanaba (Gold Coast, QLD) and they're looking for roller operators to join their crew. Your responsibilities will focus on roller operations involved in the construction of roads and road crossings.
What You Will Be Doing
As a respected member of the civil crew, you will be involved in the above duties and be able to work 8-10 hour days, Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work offered. Your position as a roller operator will focus on assisting with construction of a new road and you will be available to commence on site immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities
Padfoot roller operations
Manual lifting and carrying materials
Meeting strict safety standards
Working individually and as part of a team
What You Will Need
Minimum 3 months experience in a similar role
Current roller ticket
Experience in civil construction is highly desirable
Hold a current Australian driver's license
Hold a current White/Blue construction card
Availability for an immediate start
Fit & Healthy, able to safely complete manual lifting tasks
Reliable and strong work ethics
