About the Role

WorkPac are partnering with Rio Tinto on an exciting contract opportunity based in Brockman on a fly in fly out basis. Reporting to the Superintendent of Projects and Planning this position will see you analysing maintenance data to identify improvement actions for asset strategies and tactics, contributing to the development, review and revision of schedules for planned and preventative asset maintenance activities while governing the effective execution of business-defined maintenance planning processes. You are someone with a proven track record who can translate maintenance requirements and integrate them across multiple sites or assets while also being able to collate and collect work management data.

Skills and Experience

• RTIO experience.

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement

• C Class Drivers License Manual

• Strong computer literacy

• The ability to be flexible, adaptable and resilient.

• A strong focus towards safety and safe work practices.

• Demonstrated achievement in current role.

• Demonstrated experience within an construction, operations or maintenance environment

• Experience using SAP and maintain accurate data to reflect activity

• Preferable trade background.
