About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Civil Scraper & Compactor Operators for an immediate start with our client who services various mine sites across the Bowen and Galilee basins. Successful candidates will have applicable plant qualifications as well as demonstrated civil operating experience and an exceptional attitude towards safety.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate Equipment in a surface mining environment

• Follow all Company policies & Procedures

• Positive attitude towards safety

• Contribute to the team environment

• Report hazards and complete risk assessments

• Pre-start checks on Machinery

Skills / Experience

• Civil RII's qualification for Scraper or Compactor - Additional Water Cart skill would be advantageous

• Standard 11

• Current Coal Board Medical

• Current Drivers License

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol test
