About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to work with Enel Green Power Australia based near Albany at the Flat Rocks Wind Farm. The successful applicant will work a 42.5 hour week with overtime available.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Deep knowledge of HSE standards within construction industry

• Hazard identification

• Evaluation of health and human factors, methods for exposure monitoring and assessment of occupational health and safety and environmental risks, human behaviour, person-to-person, and person-to-machine interactions

• Conducting risk assessments (including determining controls based on hierarchy of controls, and risk communication)

• Monitoring the management of Processes and working practices, equipment and maintenance, raw materials hazardous substances, workflow organization, shift-scheduling, behavioural based safety (BBS), and more

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven work experience in a Senior HSE advisor role with 5 years experience.

• Organisation and planning experience

• Comfortable to work in matrix organization reporting and multiple reporting

• Current C class drivers licence
