About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Senior Project Engineers to join our Client based in West Perth, with ad-hoc travel to site. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced multi-disciplined team where you can utilise your experience across tendering, estimating, project award to execution and completion.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide end to end project management of small to medium sized green/brownfield projects.

• Manage project budget requirements, scope of works and project execution to ensure project compliance.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation in line with client requests.

• Review and advise on commercial, contracts and scope departures.

• Develop project deliverables for site execution including workpacks, QA/QC documentation, execution methodologies and schedules.

• Prepare and execute technical queries to all clients as and when required.

• Interpret drawings, interpret detailed scopes of work and ensure detail is captured in pricing and project execution.

• Coordinate procurement of all materials relevant to the project(s), in line with set budgets.

• Request quotes and manage sub-contractors.

• Prepare and maintain Microsoft Project schedules, working within strict deadlines, milestones and budgets.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years + experience in a similar environment successfully completing medium to large size civil projects.

• Tertiary qualification in civil engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.

• Proven experience delivering scopes of work for roads, water infrastructure, concrete works, NPI.

• Demonstrated experience from tendering through to project execution.

• Autonomous and adaptable to dynamic working environments.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Proficient in the full MS Office Suite and MS Projects.

• C Class Drivers Licence
