About the Role:

Workpac are seeking an experienced Service and Rental Coordinator for an on going position in Townsville.

Our Client is a leading technology and industrial company based in Garbutt and are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills to assist managing the day to day workload of their office operations. The successful candidate will come from a manufacturing, industrial or engineering background and will cover both the service administration aspect and assist with rental support for the external sales team. This role is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.

Duties Required:

• Assist the Service team with booking jobs in consultation with the Service Manager and assisting with hire quotations and billing

• Responding to customer queries to assist with booking jobs and expanding rental opportunities

• Schedule invoicing and credit applications

• Maintain fleet records of readiness and maintenance

• Prioritise rental repairs and book in job in the workshops for repairs

• General data entry and administration duties to assist the running of the service and rental departments

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2-3 years in a customer service/sales support capacity, preferably with some experience in an industrial, manufacturing or engineering environment

• Must be customer focused, with excellent problem solving and time management skills

• Well developed computer skills, Experience with Microsoft (PC Based) software and database systems

• Competent with booking repairs, service calls and supporting the service team

• Assist with invoicing, credit applications, quotations and purchase ordering

• Candidates must hold full working rights in Australia
