About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking a Service Controller to join our client in their Newcastle Office. This position will be a Monday to Friday roster, initially six months in duration with a potential for permanency for the right applicant. Reporting to the Service and Parts Manager the role will coordinate the day-to-day functions of field service to ensure customer satisfaction and operation of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all details are correctly entered and allocated in the system

• Implement and organise service day/Runsheet system

• Liaise with other departments as required

• Supervisor progress of jobs in field service including time worked

• Finalise and distribute documentation and invoicing as required

• Compile weekly and monthly service reports

Skills and Experience:

• Mechanical/Electrical knowledge (Preferred)

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Computer Literacy

• Effective time management and administration skills

• Forklift Licence (Preferred)

• Current C Class Drivers Licence

• Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
