About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking a Service Controller to join our client in their Prestons Office. This position will be a Monday to Friday roster, initially six months in duration with a potential for permanency for the right applicant. Reporting to the Service and Parts Manager the role will coordinate the day-to-day functions of field service to ensure customer satisfaction and operation of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all details are correctly entered and allocated in the system
Implement and organise service day/Runsheet system
Liaise with other departments as required
Supervisor progress of jobs in field service including time worked
Finalise and distribute documentation and invoicing as required
Compile weekly and monthly service reports
Skills and Experience:
Mechanical/Electrical knowledge (Preferred)
Ability to meet deadlines
Computer Literacy
Effective time management and administration skills
Forklif
