About the Client:
Our client is a commercial trade services company providing reactive and preventative maintenance for high profile commercial organisations such as ANZ, Macquarie Bank, Apple, QBE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, CBA and CBRE. Our client directly employs a variety of tradesmen and women, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, tilers, and cabinet makers. Our client is licensed for a vast variety of works including building, electrical, carpentry, gas fitting and plumbing.

About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced service coordinator to assist our clients with managing their building service maintenance job requests.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Pitt St, Sydney
Day shift: 8am to 4pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $65k plus super

This role would be suitable for people who have inbound call centre experience looking for a career change. If you have building maintenance coordinator experience that is a bonus!

For the right candidate our client would be open to offering a hybrid working model (2 days WFH, 3 days in office).

Duties/Responsibilities:
Answering approx. 30 calls per day using Microsoft Teams
Responding to clients/technicians via phone or email

Creating job requests and closing them once the job is complete
Allocating the appropriate technician for the job service request

Prepare and submit quotes for clients

Procure any materials/equipment/tools that is required for the role
Adhering to all safety protocols and COVID regulations on site.


Skills/Experience:
Must have call centre experience ??? the role will be heavily phone based and would need someone who can manage approx. 30 calls a day

If you have service coordinator experience within the building maintenance industry that is a bonus!

High attention to detail when creating the job request and quotes
Must be fully vaccinated/valid medical exemption letter for COVID-19
Be able to work unsupervised when required
Have basic computer skills
