WorkPac is seeking two Service Coordinator for a Fire Equipment Supplier based in Welshpool WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Service Coordinator support of internal and external customers for the WA business, . A 3-month contract and a permanent position are available.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in working closely with internal and external stakeholders

• Technologically savvy

• Open to work with new technology and systems

• Ability and desire to fulfil customers requirements in a fast paced and changing environment

• Administration skills

• Customer Service skills

• Reporting directly to the Department Manager

• Working along a dedicated administration team supporting field technicians

• Good communication skills

• Prepared to work as part of a committed team

• Self starter

• Achieving deadlines

• Proficient using Microsoft Office and Pronto
