About the Company
Trading in Australia for over 40 years, this company have been assisting those who want to live a full, independent, and active life, but also require assistance in an urgent situation. They provide medical alarm devices to elderly individuals who may need to contact family members, health care professionals or close friends in the case of an emergency. The company are fast-growing and currently require a Service Delivery Administrator to join their company in a Permanent role.
What you will be doing
As the Service Delivery Administrator you will work in conjunction with the Service Delivery Supervisor to ensure service calls are correctly logged and allocated, and that all work is completed.
Key Responsibilities include;
Review/action incoming email correspondence
Answering, qualifying and assisting with phone enquires
Updating and uploading data to client portals
Raising client work order requests
Raising purchase orders, obtaining PO approval and sending to suppliers in a timely manner
Preparing and checking Supplier invoices against purchase orders, obtaining approvals and receipting goods for payment processing
Reviewing the Sales Orders
Preparing Yearly Condition Reports for contract clients
What you will need
Excellent communication and listening skills
Minimum three years Administration experience
Customer service skills
Knowledge of an ERP system
Intermediate/Advanced level of Microsoft Office suite Outlook, Word and Excel
