About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Sewing Machinist for an ongoing position in their Production factory in North Brisbane, QLD

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identifying flaws in finished manufactured products and preparing reports 

• Checking work order specifications 

• Add finishes, such as eyelets, press studs and ladder tags to complete the products.

• Packing, weighing and labelling materials in preparation for delivery.

• Welding vinyl

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Similar role

• Sewing machine experience in Industrial, Fashion, Dress Making are all desirable 

• Previous work with heavy materials and canvas, commercial grade Awnings, Canvas Walls etc 

• Full commitment to a Monday to Friday Roster
