Our client is Australia's largest coal miner and exporter, the world's largest supplier to the sea borne coking coal market and largest coal producer and supplier of metallurgical coal. The client has several mine sites across the Bowen Basin consisting primarily of open cut mines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Seeking experienced Shot Firers to commence at a mine located near Moranbah working a 7/7 rotating day/night roster, FIFO - Brisbane and other commute options

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bench Blasting Activities

• Dipping and logging of blast holes

• Blast Guarding

• Installation of hole liners

• Operating IT Loaders

• Off siding of MPU's

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drivers Licence

• QLD Explosives Security Card

• Coal Board Medical

• 3 Years Mining Experience

• Standard 11 or equivalent

• Right to Work within Australia
