About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Shutdown HSE Advisor to join our client FIFO from Adelaide, for an immediate start. This casual position will hold a 21/7 or 6/1 roster dayshift and nightshift with flights, accommodation and meals provided. This role will run from currently to mid December 2021.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will work closely with internal and external customers to deliver outstanding SHEQ support through the implementation of improvement programs, and monitoring of performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Project Manager, duties will include;
Perform internal audits and assist with third party audits;
Mentor/coach operational staff and managers for the development and implementation of local safety monitoring programs such as Safety Inductions, Toolbox Meetings, Workplace Inspections and Observations;
Lead investigations into serious incidents and mentor/coach operational managers and personnel in the comple
