About the Role:
We currently have an opportunity for an admin support officer to join the Non-Process Infrastructure Operations Team, based in Moranbah. This role is responsible for the coordination and management of our bussing network throughout Central Queensland.
This opportunity is well suited to someone who has excellent time management skills and stakeholder engagement capability and is looking to be part of a team, which is shaping processes and contributing to meeting and exceeding targets, within a changing and diverse workforce.
Offered on a flexible 5/2 roster and reporting to the Manager NPI Operations.:
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact for manager and provide support to the wider operations team with admin based tasks including creating meeting presentations, taking minutes, admin project work.
Making travel arrangements and completing expenses.
Organising events like workshops or conferences
Compiling business information into reports and or presentations.
Format information for internal and external communication â memos, emails, presentations, reports
Accountable for communication of performance, variation, and scheduling to all relevant stakeholders as well as accurate reporting and data analysis.
Key Requirements:
Previous Experience in administration roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work unsupervised
Forward thinking and proactive work style;
A "C" class manual driver's licence
Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of 1SAP, Microsoft Office applications such as intermediate Excel skills, Powerpoint.
