About the Role:

Due to continued growth, our leading mining services Client is looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join the team based on site in the West Pilbara on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster.

The purpose of this role is to carry out all on-site administrative and associated tasks in support of the West Pilbara Geology Manager, Project Services and Resource Development teams. The role will also be responsible for the timely and accurate execution of the West Pilbara journey management and SAR monitoring process.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supply high level administrative support to the onsite Project Services and Resource Development teams.

  • Liaise with relevant site contacts and stakeholders to ensure the timely transfer of information and communications.

  • Maintain focal point of contact with the relevant PMI Camp Manager to ensure that all camp issues and enquiries are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.

  • Manage the Project Services Journey Management and SAR board process, ensuring that all road travel is tracked and monitored. Escalate to site management and Incident Commander in the event of any overdue or distress events.

  • Assist in the review and update of all required site and project plans, procedures and documentation.

  • Ensure that site supervisors are regularly updated and informed of relevant site information and movements.

  • Provide INX support to the site as required.

  • Identify potential gaps and opportunities for improvement within site processes.

  • Carry out other relevant tasks as required at the direction of the site management team and supervisors.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years??? experience in a site-based administrative role

  • Experience working in remote areas within a mining environment

  • Experience multi-tasking in a busy, customer-orientated environment

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, solutions-based, adaptive individual who is eager to learn

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite

  • Strong attention to detail

  • A positive team player who enjoys working in a supportive and dedicated team

  • First Aid and 4WD Certification desirable
