About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking a Part Time Administration Assistant, the position will require someone for 3 days a week at 8 hour shifts, there is flexibility in when this can be completed during the week. The administrative assistant will undertake administrative tasks associated with the Training Department including accounts, purchasing, employee/contractor management and other administration tasks as directed by the management team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule and assist with all training activities
- Assist with Pegasus including any issues that may arise
- Daily and Monthly administrative duties as required
- Order and manage stationary supplies as required
- Maintaining and assist with meeting rooms
- Purchasing Support
- General administration
Skills and Experience
Proficient in Microsoft office Suite
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Energetic and highly motivated
Team player with strong interpersonal skill
Current Drivers Licence
