About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking a Training Administrator to join our client located at a Mine Site in the Gunnedah Basin. This role will see you working 4 days a week, 7:00am to 4:00pm.
Duties and Responsibilities
Efficient and accurate document control and record keeping
Support site safety and training administration requirements
Assist in preparation of Health Safety Committee Meeting, agenda, minutes and presentations.
Provide ad-hoc administrative duties
Entering safety incidents into system
Raising Purchase Orders
Skills and Experience
Proficient in Microsoft office Suite
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Energetic and highly motivated
Team player with strong interpersonal skill
Current Drivers Licence
