About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer for our civil client in South Australia, working across projects including regional Queensland and Northern Territory. The successful will be responsible for ensuring that the client systems and requirements are being properly executed; monitoring site progress to ensure schedules are being maintained. Having a thorough knowledge of concepts and procedures in order to problem solve; carrying out these roles and responsibilities as detailed in the company policies, company systems, project plans and procedures.
Responsibilities will include:
Work with the Project Manager, Project Team, Clients and others to ensure that goals are met
Manage records associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided such as preparing Work Procedures (in conjunction with Project Manager)
Undertake IMS and WHS audits and inspections
Establish, implement and maintain Inspection & Test Plans and testing
