About the Role

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a permanent position based in Beaufort River located 25 minutes North of Kojonup. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing contingency, supervision and direction to a team of up to 10 Site Cleaners in a Meat Processing Factory. You will be required to take a front-line role in ensuring that tasks are delivered in the safest manner and that the day to day facility cleaning is maintained to the highest standard. Previous supervisory experience in a processing facility or industrial cleaning setting is essential. Successful candidates will be required to work a 40 hour week on afternoon shift (4pm to 12am) Monday to Friday. This role is paying $75,000 + Superannuation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with on-site cleaning if and when required

• Leading by example and driving continuous improvement

• Building strong relationships with both employees and clients

• Ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented

• Looking after company and client property and equipment

• Reporting of correct and accurate data

• Following site safety, OH&S requirements and report any hazards

• Complying with the Integrated Management System (computer skills required - Microsoft Word and Excel)
  

Skills and Experience

• Have previous supervisory experience in processing facilities or industrial cleaning

• Be well organised and able to coordinate staff

• Have the ability to work efficiently under pressure and adhere to deadlines

• Have the ability to meet specified hygiene results and report any shortfalls

• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screening
