Site Operations Manager

We have an opportunity for an experienced operations Manager to work on a site based in Elmore and would love to hear from you!

What you will be doing

  • Work closely with the direct management reports, namely the Guest Services Manager, Project Administrator, Facility Manager, and all sub-contractors to ensure all contract deliverables are achieved.

  • Have financial responsibility for the performance of the contract and will be required to monitor all revenues and expenditures closely and report on same to both internal and external clients

  • Liaise with Human Resources for all staff related services

  • Work closely with the Guest Services Manager to ensure catering services are maintained to a high standard; food safety compliance is observed at all times; catering expenditure remains within budget; and the sites are managed in accordance with contract deliverables and services are supplied daily as required.?

This position is a hands-on managerial role which requires the ability to work in various areas of the business.? The Site Operations Manager will manage staff daily and must be able to delegate tasks quickly and efficiently to ensure service is not delayed.? The Site Operations Manager must be a leader, able to motivate and train staff to deliver the services in a professional, efficient, and economic manner daily.

The Village Operations Manager will receive direction from the Project Director but will be expected to manage the contract and be responsible for daily decisions impacting upon the contract.? The position therefore requires an individual with the willingness to work flexible hours and an ability to manage their own time to meet deadlines.

What you will need

  • Experience in the management and operation of a large site

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment

  • Ability to multitask and be flexible

  • Willingness to work autonomously and be self-motivated

  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

  • Working with Children check (Or be willing to apply)

  • Police check (Or be willing to apply)

  • Covid vaccinated

  • Flexible with working schedule

You will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical prior to commencing with the client. This will include a Drug & Alcohol screening.
