What You Will Be Doing

• Supervise shaft overhauls, shutdowns & maintenance

• Drive a safety-first work culture that ensures an incident and injury-free work environment

• Completing all reporting and detailed shift logs

• Supervise, upskill, and mentor your team

What You Will Need

• Engineering Trade Qualification Mechanical fitter

• A strong background in site maintenance of plant

• Comfortable in working with Microsoft Office programs

• Organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
